CRI, luminous flux and luminous performance testing using calibrated integrating sphere systems. Measures all critical optical parameters to verify the product meets specified values before proceeding to inspection.

Full visual and dimensional inspection of every unit: housing surface finish, assembly gaps, paint or anodising quality, lens and diffuser clarity, label and marking placement, and screening for any physical damage from manufacturing or handling.
