1.What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for commercial LED products?
Our standard MOQ varies by product category: LED downlights and spotlights require a minimum of 100 units per model; LED linear lights and track lights require 200 units;
magnetic track modules require 50 units per module type. For project orders combining multiple SKUs, the minimum is typically USD 3,000 per order. We also support sample orders of 1–5 units for pre-order testing.
Contact us to discuss your specific project requirements — we work with buyers at different scales and can often accommodate smaller initial orders for new distributor relationships.
2.Do you offer OEM packaging and brand customization?
Yes. We offer full OEM services including: custom brand name on product packaging and labels, custom CCT and wattage combinations beyond our standard range,
custom housing colors (RAL color match), and custom printed product manuals and warranty cards in your language. ODM (product design customization) is available for larger volume commitments.
OEM packaging setup MOQ is typically 300–500 units per SKU. Please send your OEM requirements via WhatsApp or our contact form and we will advise on minimum quantities and pricing.
3.Can you provide a free DIALux lighting layout for our project?
Yes — this is a free service for all project buyers and distributors. Send us your store or venue floor plan (PDF, DWG, DXF, JPG or PNG format) and tell us the target lux level,
space type and ceiling height. Our technical team will provide a full DIALux evo lighting layout within 3 working days, including: fixture placement map, lux distribution visualization, average/minimum/maximum lux readings,
energy consumption estimate and product specification list. Upload your floor plan using the DIALux request form on our Solutions pages, or send directly to donna@dnlighting.com or WhatsApp.
4.Which certifications do Donna Lighting products carry?
Our products carry CE (European LVD and EMC directives, required for EU and many Middle Eastern markets), CB/IECEE (international electrical safety,
accepted in 54 countries), SNI (Indonesia national standard, mandatory for import), SAA (Australia and New Zealand compliance) and RoHS (EU hazardous substance restriction).
We also hold ISO 9001:2015 for our quality management system. Additional certifications such as ETL (North America) can be arranged for larger volume orders with sufficient lead time.

5.What is the typical lead time for project orders?
Lead times depend on order type: Standard in-stock products ship in 20–25 working days from order confirmation. Custom CCT, wattage or housing color variants require 25–35 working days.
OEM orders with custom packaging require 30–40 working days. Sample orders (1–5 units) are dispatched within 5–7 working days. All lead times are from receipt of confirmed purchase order and deposit payment.
We recommend contacting us at least 45–60 days before your project delivery deadline to allow buffer for customs clearance and logistics. We can advise on optimal Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF) based on your destination.
6.How do I request product samples before placing a bulk order?
Samples are available for all products in our range. To request samples: contact us via WhatsApp (+86-189 2865 6208) or email (donna@dnlighting.com) with the model number,
wattage, CCT and beam angle you need. Sample quantity is typically 1–3 units per model. Sample cost is charged at list price plus shipping. If you place a bulk order within 90 days, the sample cost is deducted from your order total.
Sample lead time is 5–7 working days. We recommend testing samples under your actual project conditions (ceiling type, ambient light, target surface) before finalizing your bulk order specification.
